Bookkeeping Services
Our business uses Intuit's current QuickBooks software to data enter and reconcile our client's monthly income and expenses. Our services are after the fact bookkeeping, we data enter the deposits, check stubs, debits out of bank accounts and credit card charges after the month has ended. We ask our clients to provide us bookkeeping on a monthly basis to ensure we have current figures. Those current figures can help significantly; for instance financial statements for qualifying for a loan, refinancing or from a request of their landlord.
Our clients receive profit and loss statements and general ledger reports on a monthly basis from us which are included in their monthly fee. We also use the client's QuickBooks file in preparation of their tax return.
